Throughout these terms, we will refer to ourselves as ‘Twisted Hazel’, TwistedHazel.co.uk, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ this means ‘Twisted Hazel’. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Ordering products from twistedHazel.co.uk means that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the PayPal account you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order. ’Twisted Hazel’ does not store any credit card information, nor will we pass any of your personal information to any third party.
‘Twisted Hazel’ only use PayPal for online payments. Every effort has been made to accurately display our products with the correct product information and colour, however we cannot guarantee that all monitor display accurate colours of the products when delivered as each monitor display differs
All prices are as stated on the Website but ‘Twisted Hazel’ reserves the right at any time to revise the price of items without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. ‘Twisted Hazel’ reserves the rights to modify, alter, terminate or discontinue any discounts or promotions at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice.
You understand and agree that copyright and all other intellectual property, in all content supplied as part of twistedhazel.co.uk are owned by or licensed to ‘Twisted Hazel’. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, is prohibited without expressed written permission from ‘Twisted Hazel’. You agree not to copy, display, distribute, reproduce, modify or re-post anything on this website or purchased from this website. All images remain the property of ‘Twisted Hazel’. Under no circumstances can these images be used for any commercial purposes without written consent from ‘Twisted Hazel’. We at ‘Twisted Hazel’ are committed to providing you with the best products around, and so your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product from ‘Twisted Hazel’, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for acknowledgement.
‘Twisted Hazel’ will replace all damaged goods. However you MUST check your goods and email us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure. You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from ‘Twisted Hazel’. Failure to do this could result in an invalid claim against our Returns Policy.
Every effort has been made to accurately picture and describe the products on the ‘Twisted Hazel’ website. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from ‘Twisted Hazel’, you can return your purchase to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or refund (see below). You will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid, within thirty days of receipt of the returned item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Refund will be less the cost of initial postage and packing and an additional 20% administration and repacking charge will be deducted from the refund. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund.
Prior to returning any item(s) to ‘Twisted Hazel’ you must request a refund / replacement to the ‘Twisted Hazel’ team. To request refund / replacement please send an e-mail to: email@example.com with the following details:
1. Order # (you can find this on your packing slip),
2. First & Last Name
3. Title of item (s) you want to return
4. Reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item, quality of item not as expected, etc.
5. What action you would like us to take for you: Replacement or Refund?
6. Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your return authorisation & instructions.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.
‘Twisted Hazel’ aims to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of confirmation the funds for your order have been cleared. We use Royal Mail for orders within the United Kingdom and therefore the delivery of your goods may be delayed by circumstances outside our control. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods within the stated timeframe then we will notify you of the delay and new timeframe as soon as possible. If you cannot wait for the goods, you must let us have notice of cancellation from the person who placed the order. If we receive your notice of cancellation as set out above, then we will let you have a full refund. This request must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org However, ‘Twisted Hazel’. cannot accept any liability for any losses you incur (including loss of earnings) or for compensation for perceived inconvenience that may be suffered due to any delay.
